On 26th of October 2023 the OSC Company performed measurement of piston axial force at turbine runner of the unit TG1 HPP Trenčín (runner diameter  3 791 mm, 4 blades, owner Slovenské elektrárně, a.s.).

The measurement took place in the workshop of supplier (Mavel, a.s. Company) before runner refurbishment initiation. The measurement was carried out in the presence of the runner owner's representatives and their technical consultants.

The result will be used (together with the result of the same measurement after the refurbishment) as one of the bases for the success-rate assessment of runner’s renovation.
