In cooperation with the Polish company Madex, the further calibration of the newly built operational flow measurement was performed, presently on the TG1 and TG2 units in HPP Tresna (Poland). This measurement took place on 16^th – 19^th November 2020.

The Gibson method (pressure-time method) was used for calibration of the operational measurement (Winter-Kennedy method, i.e. measurement of pressure difference on turbine spiral).

OSC’s experts had to deal with demanding conditions at installation as well as at flow measurement by Gibson method. Achieved results show that operational flow measurement will work with good accuracy.
