A special unit to water hammer monitoring was assembled for water management company Jihočeský vodárenský svaz during Autumn 2024. The unit, placed into waterproof case, consists of Japanese 4 channels datalogger DL 1 Graphtec, battery allows the operation for approx. 100 working hours, galvanic separators for current of voltage signals connection and 4 pressure sensors with cabling.

This special unit was designed to be able to reliably and autonomously record all required events even in adverse working conditions. The records, automatically triggered by special criteria, will be used to assess phenomena in the water pipeline systems
