Site tests results of 6-nozzle Pelton turbine in HPP Glein, Styria were passed to the customer during June 2018. The turbine was delivered by company Global Hydro Energy GmbH. Tests were performed using combination of Gibson flow measurement (pressure – time) and ultrasonic flowmeters on penstock with length 2.5 km. Gibson method was used for ultrasonic flowmeters calibration. The measurement confirmed that the guaranteed parameters were met.
